How do I measure my windows?+
Use a steel tape and measure width and height at three points, using the smallest figure. For inside mounts measure the exact recess; for outside mounts add 4–6 inches of overlap. Every product page has an illustrated guide — or book a free measurement visit and we'll do it for you.
What if my measurements are wrong?+
If we measured, we guarantee the fit. If you self-measured, contact us immediately — blinds are custom-made, but we'll always try to re-cut or adjust at minimal cost.
Is installation really free?+
Yes — professional installation is free across the Srinagar region (J&K pincodes 180xxx–194xxx). For pan-India orders we ship by courier with easy DIY fitting instructions.
How long does delivery take?+
Made-to-measure blinds are manufactured in 5–7 working days. Local installation is usually scheduled within 2 days of completion; courier delivery takes 4–8 days depending on location.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?+
Yes, COD is available in most serviceable areas. You can also pay online via UPI, cards or netbanking.
What warranty do you provide?+
Mechanisms carry up to a 3-year warranty; motors carry the manufacturer's warranty. Fabric is covered against manufacturing defects for 1 year.
Can I see fabric samples before ordering?+
Absolutely — visit our showroom or book a free home visit and our team will bring sample books to you.
